More About Me

Lisa Shipper is a New Jersey Realtor dedicated to making the home buying, selling, or renting process both enjoyable and stress-free. Lisa takes pride in guiding her clients through one of life’s most meaningful and personal milestones, offering a blend of warmth, insight, and expertise.

Lisa Shipper began her career in the entertainment industry, working in casting for television and film. Her path took a meaningful turn when she met and fell in love with a North Brunswick native. Together, they adopted a dog, got married, and are now raising two young boys (ages 3 and 1). When the time came for a new chapter, they left the hustle of Manhattan behind in favor of the space, charm, and community of the New Jersey suburbs. Found home in Scotch Plains, NJ.

It was during Lisa's own home-buying journey that Lisa rediscovered a deep, longstanding passion for real estate. Lisa found the process inspiring, even thrilling—and it awakened a calling that had quietly been with her all along.

Lisa’s background in casting and contract negotiations has uniquely prepared her for real estate. Having negotiated thousands of TV deals and successfully matched actors to roles, she brings a sharp eye for detail, a talent for matchmaking, and a natural instinct for the right fit. She approaches every client and property with that same commitment and intuition. Now, backed by the strength and resources of Coldwell Banker, Lisa Shipper is thrilled to play a meaningful role in her clients’ stories—helping them find a place that truly feels like home.

Lisa Shipper specializes in the vibrant communities of Summit, Millburn, Chatham, Scotch Plains, Mountainside, Berkeley Heights, New Providence, Fanwood, Clark, Garwood, Cranford and Westfield—towns she knows intimately and genuinely loves. Whether it's finding the perfect street, knowing which neighborhood best fits a family’s needs, or offering insight into the local school systems, Lisa Shipper offers firsthand knowledge you won’t find in a Google search.
